Hazelwood PTA Council Run/Walk
The Run/Walk is one of the major fundraisers for our Scholarship Program, and it is a fun morning for the whole family!
Statement Regarding Cancellation of the 2020 Run/Walk:
Thank you all for registering for the Annual HSD PTA Run/Walk in support of Scholarships. Your registrations and donations are what help us continue to provide scholarships to graduating seniors in our three district high schools.
It is with great disappointment that HSD PTA 2020 Run/Walk is cancelled. Student, staff & community safety is our utmost concern, therefore cancelling the event was our only option.
Paid, online registrations will automatically be refunded to the credit card used at the time of registration.
If you registered by submitting a completed registration form and cash or check payment to your school and would like a refund of your registration, refunds cannot be processed until after school resumes as we do not currently have access to the paper registration forms that are in the school buildings. A representative from the school you registered through will be in contact with you regarding a refund once school continues. Please consider the option of donating your registration fees to the Hazelwood PTA Scholarship Fund and let your school representative know.
As we have made a commitment to our students, we will still proceed with providing scholarships to our 2020 graduating seniors. So, your donations are still important and even now, more critically needed. Please visit www.hazelwoodptacouncil.com/donate if you wish to contribute to our Scholarship fund. If you registered for Run/Walk through your home school, simply do nothing and your payment will be put towards our fund.
We hope you will be as enthusiastic next year and join us for our 2021 Run/Walk. It will mark our 40th Run/Walk event and will definitely be a celebration. As always, we thank you for your continued support.
